The dazzling tribute to Broadway, New York City and the world of musical theatre high-kicks its way onto the Broadway Palm stage! Aspiring chorus girl Peggy Sawyer heads to NYC and quickly lands her first big gig in the ensemble of a glitzy new Broadway show. Just before opening night, the leading lady breaks her ankle which might give Peggy a chance to step in and become a star! 42nd Street sparkles with some of the greatest songs in musical theatre history including We’re In The Money, Lullaby Baby, Shuffle Off To Buffalo, Dames, I Only Have Eyes For You and the title song 42nd Street.

When Bernard’s wife decides to visit her mother for a few days, he makes plans to spend a romantic weekend with his chic, new, Parisian mistress in his charming converted French farmhouse. He invites his friend Robert as an alibi, but when his wife finds out Robert will be in town, she changes her plans for a surprise tryst of her own. An evening of sidesplitting confusion ensues as Bernard and Robert improvise at breakneck speed!

The “Cape Coral Life” Gallery Show begins with a reception on Thursday, October 4th 5th from 5pm to 7pm with complimentary wine & hors d’oeuvres. Meet and greet local artists in the area. Come and celebrate the 10th anniversary of the the Fort Myers River District’s Art Walk! There will be a variety of art-focused special activities along with the Art Walk Founders Exhibit which will hang in the Capital Gallery of the second floor of the Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center. Other features of the night include live demonstrations by local artists, a special photo op, live music, vintage Art Walk merchandise, a smart phone art scavenger hunt and a chance to participate in a big community art piece!

Baseball’s hit king, Pete Rose, comes to southwest Florida in his theater debut with 4192 – An Evening with Pete Rose Live! Pete will share stories of his past in baseball in this Broadway style theatrical event that captures the golden years of America’s pastime. Storytelling, enhanced with visuals, will make the audience laugh as well as be inspired by “Charlie Hustle.” Pete Rose is an American icon and, in this show, he tells it all as he takes you inside the game of baseball as no other person can.
Using hi-tech multimedia that creates a game day atmosphere, the stage will be transformed into a field of memories and the audience will be transported to the golden era of baseball, complete with all the trappings of a World Series game including the first pitch, Star-Spangled Banner and of course, introductions.

The Italian American song book of the most popular songs of pop culture and classic music takes the stage in Cultural Park’s original musical revue written by Patrick Shepherd. Join the cast of this production on a musical journey staged in a small town in Italy as they prepare for a wedding that not only the bride and groom celebrate, but so will the audiences as they leave the theater singing song after song from this wonderful evening out on the town.
