It’s the 28th Anniversary of Tour De Cape! The weekend includes a 5k, a 3 mile family bike ride, and 15-30-62-100 mile bike tours in the northwest and southwest regions of Cape Coral.

All participants who register prior to Tuesday, January 8, 2019 are guaranteed to receive a shirt. Must be Registered by Tuesday, December 25, 2018 for performance shirt!

Pre-event packet pick-up celebration at Cape Harbour
5:00 – 8:00pm

The weekend begins with a kick-off celebration. Participants can pick up packets, maps, and t-shirts. Enjoy a great start to the weekend at Fathoms Restaurant & Bar for a Friday night registration special! Show your event registration and receive a discount at Fathom’s and The French Press.

The 5K run/walk is designed for advanced and novice runners. A continental breakfast will be available for participants.

$10 per Child – Adult riders for children are free

Safety and Helmet Check: 9:45am
Ride Time: 10:00am

Join us Saturday morning and register your kids for the Family Ride. Kids will receive a T-shirt and a hot dog lunch. The course is designed to be safe and flat and well supported by the Cape Coral Police Department. Great family start to a healthy new year!

62/100 mile – 8:00am
15/30 mile – 8:30am

Sunday’s bike tours offer varied routes from 15, 30, 62, and 100 mile courses in the west and north sections of Cape Coral. The event provides a continental breakfast, lunch, on route rest stations with snacks and beverages, SAG vehicles, Police support, and route maps.

(includes the 5K on Saturday and the bicycle tour on Sunday)
$50 – Pre-Registration by Jan. 18 (includes lunch at Fathom’s or Rum Runners on Sunday)
$55 – Event Day (includes lunch at Fathom’s or Rum Runners on Sunday)

Sunday Lunch service is provided at Fathoms and Rum Runners.
Fathoms is a buffet style for fast service after you ride.
Rum Runners provides a limited menu for riders and will be a longer wait time for service.
