12 Seasons Farm Tour + Lunch @ 12 Seasons Farm

Danny Blank, farmer and owner of 12 Seasons Farm, located in North Fort Myers, Florida, will lead a tour of this inspiring agricultural oasis introducing the variety of plants being grown on the farm and sharing stories of the trials & triumphs of growing produce by organic standards in Southwest Florida. The sustainable farming practices used at 12 Seasons Farm will be the focus of the tour material, including the farm’s dedication to sell only to local restaurants and customers. Following the tour, a culinary demonstration will be presented where Chef Kristina San Filippo will prepare a selection of recipes using the same seasonal produce just seen on the tour of the farm. Guests will then enjoy a three course vegetarian lunch featuring the recipes presented in the culinary demonstration. The lunch menu will vary based on seasonal availability of produce from the farm.

12 Seasons Farm is located east of 75 off of Palm Beach Blvd in North Fort Myers, Florida. The exact farm location and directions will be provided once your ticket is purchased.

Join the Mystery every second Friday of the month in the River District from 6-8 pm.  Registration begins at First and Hendry Streets in front of Iberia Bank.

Free to play, participants receive the first clue of the mystery location and scorecard! Leisurely stroll through the core downtown area finding the mystery locations.  Each location will confirm they are the quiz answer and provide your next clue.  Finish by 8 pm and return your cards to registration to be entered for cash prizes!

This is age friendly for all participants and no purchase is necessary at participating locations.

When an actual murder takes place, each of the guests realizes he or she may also be marked for death! Thus ensues a race to solve the clues of who the true killer really is!

The 2nd annual Modern Muscle Car expo will be held at the Cape Coral Yacht Club Community Park! All cars are welcome to register. There will be music, 50/50 raffle, door prizes, food and goodie bags for the first 50 cars entered. Trophies will be awarded in each class and for People’s Choice and Best in Show.

Edison Ford Winter Garden Festival @ Edison and Ford Winter Estates

For anyone who enjoys gardening, this is a must-see event! Dozens of plant and garden vendors will have booths under the Banyan and other historic trees all around the museum and lab. This is an opportunity to shop for hard-to-find plants that grow successfully in Southwest Florida. The Edison Garden Shoppe will also have many plants, trees, herbs and garden-related items available for sale. Plant vendors and Edison Ford horticulturists will be on hand to answer gardening questions and help you with your selections.

Food trucks and live music will be on site too, so come out and spend the day shopping for plants! This free event does not include tours of homes or admission to the museum and laboratory. Parking is free.
