Based on the 1992 motion picture and inspired by a true story, Newsies showcases a Tony Award-winning score by Alan Menken and Jack Feldman and a book by Tony Award winner Harvey Fierstein. Featuring the now classic songs “Carrying the Banner,” “Seize the Day,” and “Santa Fe,” Newsies is packed with non-stop thrills and a timeless message, perfect for the whole family and every audience.

Race begins at the Cape Coral Yacht Club & promises to be a beautiful run!!
This course will take you through the Yacht Club and surrounding
neighborhoods with a river view.
Awards will be held at the beach pavilion. We will also have door prizes and several fun things to do for the kids…. more info to come on that!!
The incomparable Herr Helmut Heiss of Austrian-German Restaurant fame joins us for a new weekly event dubbed Deutches Essen Nacht (German Food Night!)
He will serve schnitzel and other rotating German specialties each week and we will do our best to serve up delicious beer that stands up! Come out for a late lunch, a happy hour snack after work, or just a damn good authentic German dinner.

Joe is a native Floridian, born and raised in Fort Myers. At 30 Joe was the youngest State Attorney for the new 20th Judicial Circuit.
One of the most accomplished and influential public figures in Lee County history, Joseph D’Alessandro joined the firm in 2004 following a distinguished career as the first and only State Attorney for Florida’s 20th Judicial Circuit.
He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism in 1961, then with his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson College of Law in 1964.
