Join us for Terry’s story of being a helicopter pilot for 10 years of adventures and an unbelievable rescue.
Although he thought God was calling him to ministry at age 12, he really wanted to be a pilot. So, he went straight to the U.S. Coast Guard Academy after graduation from Green High School, near Akron, Ohio. This Academy Class of 1971 grad did become a helicopter pilot, with 10 years of adventures and an unbelievable rescue story, before resigning his commission to attend Duke and enter the Navy’s Chaplain Candidacy program.
Free to attend event with appetizers provided and a cash bar.
